CANCELLATION
Gea apartments reserves the right to cancel existing guest reservations in exceptional cases (such as the closure of the entire apartment complex for organizational reasons), of which the guest will be notified at least two days before the arrival. In this case, the client is only entitled to a refund of the amounts already paid for the reserved services and is not entitled to claim reimbursement of any damages and/or additional amounts.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of a cancellation of the reservation, the advance payment is not refundable, but the date of stay can be changed.

PAYMENT TERMS AND GUARANTEES
Full payment is due upon arrival, before receiving the apartment keys. Payment is possible only in cash.
A deposit is required upon reservation.

SMOKING AND CLEANING
Smoking is not allowed in the closed areas of Apartments Gea. In case of smoking, you will be charged a deep cleaning fee of EUR 200. We make a special effort to provide our guests with clean rooms. In case of major stains or damage to our property, you agree to pay a cleaning fee of at least EUR 50 - depending on the damage caused.

PARKING
Free parking is available to guests right in front of the apartments.
Parking in our parking lots is the responsibility of the vehicle owner and Apartments Gea is not responsible for any damage.

PETS
Pets are allowed in the Apartments Gea.

PRICES
All prices are with VAT included.

TOURIST TAX

Tourist tax is not included in the price and amounts to:
Adults: €1.60 per person per day for an adult,

Children from 7-17.99 years: €0.80

Children up to 6.99 years of age are exempt from paying the tax.
